Your Path to Starting Treatment

VALCHLOR is delivered directly to your home through Accredo Health Group, a dedicated specialty pharmacy. The process involves three simple steps:

Step 1: Complete a Form

  • When your healthcare provider prescribes VALCHLOR, you may fill out a form either while you are in the office or directly with Accredo. This form authorizes Accredo Health Group, your dedicated specialty pharmacy, to contact you about your medicine.

Step 2: Accredo Health Group Will Call You

  • Accredo Health Group will call you directly to coordinate delivery of your medication and answer any questions you may have. Speaking with an Accredo representative is required for medication to be shipped. Calls may not always appear as "ACCREDO" on your caller ID and may instead come from phone numbers with the following area codes: 844, 955, or 877.

Step 3: Receive VALCHLOR at Home

  • Once your order is confirmed, your medication will be shipped directly to your home. An adult must be available to sign for the delivery upon arrival. Accredo will coordinate your shipments and provide refill reminders to help you stay on track with your treatment schedule.

Please note: VALCHLOR is exclusively distributed through Accredo Health Group and is not available at your local pharmacy.

Comprehensive Support Throughout Your Treatment

Accredo Health Group offers a full range of services to support you, including:

  • Insurance & benefit verification: working with your healthcare provider to help get your medicine approved by your insurance company
  • Shipment management & refill reminders: managing deliveries to your home and keeping you on track with timely refill notifications
  • Pharmacist & nurse support: trained pharmacists and nurses are available via call and text to answer questions about VALCHLOR and your treatment. When you call, you can opt in for text support
  • Claims support & financial assistance: assisting with insurance claims and connecting eligible patients with financial assistance options (see below)

Help With the Cost of VALCHLOR

Eligible patients have access to financial support. Your coverage situation determines what options may be available to you. These are not guarantees of coverage. Out-of-pocket costs may vary.

  • Privately insured: VALCHLOR is covered by most private health plans
  • No prescription plan: you may be eligible for the patient assistance program
  • Limited coverage: alternative funding resources may be available to help close coverage gaps

VALCHLOR Copay Program: Eligible Patients May Pay No More Than $0 Per Prescription Fill*

*The VALCHLOR copay program is only available for US and Puerto Rico residents who are 18 or older and have commercial health insurance with copay/coinsurance exceeding $0 per prescription fill. Patients ineligible for the VALCHLOR copay program include those enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, VA/DoD (TRICARE), the Indian Health Service, or any other federal- or state-funded healthcare program, or where prohibited by law. The VALCHLOR copay program is not prescription drug coverage or insurance. Helsinn Therapeutics (U.S.), Inc. reserves the right to terminate or modify this program at any time or without notice. Other terms and conditions apply. 99% of commercially insured patients pay $0 per Rx fill, based on a review of claims data between Q1 2025 - Q3 2025.
